Everyone pays the registration fee. The fee helps pay of lunch on Thursday & Friday, afternoon snacks, conference rooms, and an annual subscription to the Currere Exchange Journal. .
The Currere Exchange staff cannot process conference registrations directly. If you have questions or concerns about your conference registration (not accommodations), please contact Miami University's Conference & Event Services (Alicia Rizzo) directly at (513) 529-3771.
REGISTRATION FOR ACCOMMODATIONS: To book overnight accommodations (if needed), use the links below to navigate for Marcum Hotel or Workshop housing (nearby student residence hall rooms).
Marcum Hotel: You can book a spacious, affordable hotel room at the Marcum Conference Center for a reasonable price by clicking here. Use the Group CodeCURRERE18 (note: this is a Group Code and not a Promotional Code). Do not choose a room type until the request goes through using the promo code; then you can choose the type of room you would like to book.
Workshop Housing: You can save some money and still stay close to the action by booking a student residence hall (single room or a double room with a colleague) by clicking here. The code is Workshop2018. The residence halls are within easy walking distance of the Marcum Center.
Transportation to and from area airports is not provided by the conference.
There are several car/taxi services from Oxford that can bring you to the Marcum Center from Dayton (DAY) or Cincinnati (CVG) airports. Both trips are approximately 1 hour to Oxford.
If driving, parking is free during the day and overnight at the Marcum Conference Center.
