Please consider submitting a proposal for presentation. Presentation is not required to attend the conference, but our goal is for everyone who attends the conference/retreat to present.
What to Expect:
Presentations will be made in a forum that is supportive and friendly.
All presenters will be listed in conference/retreat program along with the working title of the project.
Presenters will be assigned to a small initial working group. We ask that all participants give an initial presentation to their working group and support other presenters.
Project work will be done in small group working sessions throughout the conference/retreat.
Presentation projects can be at any stage of development. Some presenters arrive with submission-ready papers that they distribute for discussion. Others arrive with only a vague outline which they plan to flesh-out through discussion. Again, any level of proposal readiness is acceptable.
TO SUBMIT A PROPOSAL:
Send an MS Word document to currereexchange@gmail.com with the following information:
Title of project
Author and contact information (mailing address, phone, email)
Up to 250 words answering the following questions:
What is the project about?
How is the currere method used?
How "unfinished" is the project?
What do you need help with? Or, what support do you need as you work?
Proposals due Monday, March 16, 2020, for participation in the 5th annual Currere Exchange June 3-5, 2020
